Nash and Rocky Mount Schools are dealing with a lawsuit over required school uniforms.
School officials say five parents of middle school kids have filed the suit, claiming they had a right to vote on the uniform issue and be part of its implementation.
The lawsuit also claims their rights of free speech and freedom of religion have been violated.
