Two Innocent Bystanders Shot

Two innocent bystanders were shot at a party in Greenville early Sunday morning. Greenville police say 23-year-old Christopher Hall and 29-year-old Nigel Walter, were at a family party at the American Legion building in Greenville at 3:30 Sunday morning, when they were shot.

20-year-old John Rodriguez Ward has been arrested and charged with their shootings. Police say an argument may have caused the shooting but that both victims were not involved with the dispute. The victims were taken to Pitt County Memorial Hospital.
