Neighbors Move Tree Blocking Highway 33

Downed limbs and fallen trees made travel difficult in parts of Eastern Carolina, like Pitt County. Outside the town of Grimesland late Saturday afternoon, a tree about one foot in diameter fell over onto Highway 33, stopping traffic in both directions. Several residents tied the tree to a Dooley truck and pulled it out of the way and off the highway.
