Hertford County Sex Charge Case Involves Woman and Teen

Ahoskie police and the Hertford County sheriff's department tell WITN-7 News they are investigating a sexual misconduct case between between a 13-year-old male and a 33-year old female.

Police Chief Troy Fitzhugh says Aulander resident Cindy Rawls is facing at least four counts of sexual misconduct against a minor.

Fitzhugh says authorities are still investigating exactly what happened.
