Two People Shot, One Man On The Run In Scotland Neck
Two people are shot in the small town of Scotland Neck in Halifax County. One man is on the run.

Two people are shot in the small town of Scotland Neck in Halifax County. One man is on the run.
Police say the two were shot in the street, on the 900 block of Chestnut street in Scotland Neck, around 7-30 last night. Police say they're looking for 19 year old Thaddeus Lamont Williams for the crimes, but they're not sure what the motive behind the shootings is.
The two victims are at Pitt County Memorial Hospital, and it's not clear how they're doing.
