Authorities aren't saying if drowning is the cause of death for two people who died in separate incidents in the waters off the Outer Banks.
Officials say because of privacy rules, they can't release the cause of death. One body was pulled from Corova Beach Monday afternoon around 6 p.m. The other body was pulled from the water near the Ocean Sands Community on Sunday. That's when both men disappeared.
Corolla Fire and Rescue Chief Rick Galganski says there were no swim warnings posted and the water appeared calm on Sunday.
