ONSLOW COUNTY-- It's been hot outside and inside Onslow County's polling places.
Many of the polling places in Onslow County don't have air conditioning.
The concern about the heat?
Heat and humidity could cause some of the punchcard ballots to not feed properly, bringing about the fear of hanging chads!
So, far, no major problems have been reported.
One of the hottest races in Onslow County is the GOP primary for county commissioner with ten candidates and the school board vote.
One race that Democrats were casting their lots for was for register of deeds.
