A suspect out on bond on breaking and entering charges has apparently done it again. This time, police say he was actually living in the victims home for two weeks while the home owner was out of town.
Police arrested 34-year-old Mark Anthony Rossi and charged him with breaking into a residence on North Grace Street. Police say they found him in the area with burglary tools.
Rossi had been released on bond for arrests in February and March of this year, charged with breaking into a vehicle and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
