The crooks stole everything from power tools to microwaves to used shoes. Sheriffs deputies say the stuff stolen over the past six months came from construction sites all over the county. But this theft ring came to a close when detectives nabbed thirty five year old Culley Fountain, and thirty five year old Jeanette Gillis, both of Richlands Thursday. The two face numerous breaking and entering and drug related charges. Captain Rick Sutherland says a new software used for the first time this week, helped them catch the duo. It's a high tech software he won't talk much about but says is obviously working. Sutherland says he believes there could be more suspects connected to this theft ring. He says there is even more stolen property out there connected to this case that has to be found.
