Highway 17 Back Open
Highway 17 Between Washington and Chocowinity is back open after being closed for a little over an hour Saturday night while DOT Crews dealt with icy slick surfaces.

Highway 17 Between Washington and Chocowinity is back open after being closed for a little over an hour while DOT Crews dealt with icy slick surfaces.
Several accidents were reported after 7:00 p.m.
Shortly after that, authorities closed the highway. DOT De-iced the Washington Bridge and the Whichards Beach Overpass.
This route was then reopened to traffic
