North Carolina Wildfires 95 Percent Contained

The U-S Forest Service says that three wildfires in the Pisgah National Forest that were started by lightning are 95 percent contained.

The three fires are in Shortoff Mountain, Dobson Knob and Cold Mountain and have burned a total of 54-hundred acres since they began June Eighth. The Shortoff Mountain fire has burned the most, 45-hundred-and-17 acres.
