Severe storms rip through several mobile homes yesterday and with another round expected to hit our area, many residents wonder how they'll keep a roof over their heads.
This mobile home off Holland Road Near Belvoir is upright now, but on Friday, it was knocked off its foundation and turned on its side. Meteorologists say a straight line wind through that area caused this type of damage. For David Hudgins and his girlfriend, the roof of their home is now just mangled tin on the ground.
With more rain in the forecast, Hudgins is doing what he can to protect their belongings. He says. " I bought a tarp and went to get more stuff Saturday to protect out belongings. The Insurance will come next week to assess the damage."
