Investigators want to know how four underage men who were killed in a car wreck in Thomasville got the alcohol that was found in the car.
Troooper M-W Mantel says officers from Alcohol Law Enforcement and the state Highway Patrol are working to find out how the men got the alcohol, found mixed with fruit punch in two plastic jugs in the car.
Four men between the ages of 18 and 20 were killed in the wreck that occurred early Saturday on a rural paved road just north of Thomasville.
Authorities said the driver ran a stop sign and ran off a rural paved road. Mantel says the car hit a guy wire, and a tree split the car in half.
