Hamstring Hustle Takes Off In Greenville To Help Obese Kids

The 13th Annual Hamstring Hustle kicked off Sunday afternoon with several area runners hitting the pavement for a needy cause.

The 5K- walk or run led participants down Stantonsburg Road in Greenville from The Viquest Center.

About fifty runners laced up their shoes to help promote The Pediatric Healthy Weight Research and Treatment Center Through The Brody School Of Medicine.

All proceeds go to the Treatment Center and the winner of the race receives a trophy and a free membership to a local fitness club.
