Farmers across the East are reeling from Monday's high winds.
In some areas, gusts blasted local crops with winds up to 40 miles-per-hour. We stopped by Flatlands Farms in Beaufort County and spoke with local farmers as they surveyed the wind damage to their cotton and corn crops. They found all of their cotton fields completely destroyed by the high winds. Flatlands Farms will replant their crops right away. Farmers say seed companies have replant policies for unexpected farmland damages.
