The flood advisory has been cancelled for our southern counties but lingering showers and an isolated thunderstorm will still be possible through the evening hours.

During the overnight our southern counties right along the crystal coast received 3-5 inches of rain and flood advisories and warnings were posted.
As of 10:30am all advisories have been lifted. Conditions have improved significantly but there is still the chance for lingering showers and a few isolated thunderstorms through the evening hours.
If enough rain falls in a short period of time additional advisories could be posted.
Once we get into the late evening hours the cold front responsible for the increased rain chances this afternoon will have moved through the area ending our rain chances.
Friday is looking much better with highs in the upper 60's and a return to sunny skies.
