Fog Delays Start To School
A handful of school systems have delayed the start of the school day Tuesday.

Dense fog across Eastern Carolina has prompted some school systems to delay the start of the school delay.
Bertie County, Camden County, Gates County, Elizabeth City-Pasquotank County and Perquimans County Schools are all opening two hours late on Tuesday.
Hertford County Schools will open one hour late on Tuesday.
Creswell Elementary and Creswell High School remain closed Tuesday, after the coastal storm last week.
Meteorologist Jim Howard expects the fog to lift by 9 a.m. Partly cloudy skies will follow.

There was a fog advisory issued on Monday morning, however, the fog was not dense. This morning, the fog was very dense in a wide spread area and there was no fog advisory issued by the weather service.
