In the town of Peletier in Carteret County, several roads became impassable Thursday morning.

Flood waters knocked out part of the road on West Firetower in Carteret County. The wet weather even caused a school bus to get stuck. No children were injured when the bus was stuck.

In Craven County, standing water could be seen almost everywhere in Havelock as the Pine Villas subdivision was under about three feet of water.
