Four soldiers assigned to Fort Bragg were killed in Iraq over the weekend.

The Defense Department says that includes one soldier from Greensboro.

Officials say all four were killed Saturday when a roadside bomb detonated near their unit in Zaganiyah, Iraq. The troops were assigned to the 5th Squadron, 73rd Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division.

Those killed were Captain Jonathan D- Grassbaugh,age 25, of East Hampstead, New Hampshire; Specialist Ebe F- Emolo, age 33, of Greensboro; Specialist Levi K- Hoover, age 23, of Midland, Michigan; and Private First Class Rodney L- McCandless, age 21, of Camden, Arkasas.
