Dog Attack Victim's Condition Improves
Ten days ago Gladys Roberts was severely attacked by a group of wild dogs outside of her Jones County home.

A woman who was attacked ten days ago by a wild pack of dogs is improving at the hospital.

Pitt County Memorial Hospital says 65-year-old Gladys Roberts is now listed in serious condition. She had been in critical condition and family members were told she had a 50/50 chance of surviving.

The woman was attacked outside of her Jones County home on October 24th.
Deputies located and killed the dogs believed to be responsible for the attack.

sue, if you remember the story you would know that the dogs' owner DIED.

So glad to hear that this kind lady is improving. She has suffered enough, and hope she is recovering in comfort and being treated well.

If people would stop dropping off their animals to fend for their selves then there wouldn't be wild dogs. This poor lady had to met the dogs that turned wild because of humans.
