Tanker Crashes Into West Raleigh Pharmacy

No one was hurt early this morning when a tanker truck crashed into a drug store on Raleigh's west side.

The accident occurred around 6:30 a-m. Police say the unmanned tanker was parked at a gas station when somehow it slipped out of gear, rolled across the street into the drug store.

Authorities were alerted to the accident when the store's burglar alarm went off.

There was no one in the store at the time of the accident. The accident is under investigation.
