Family, friends and fellow firefighters came out in droves to say goodbye to the 19 year old Rhodestown fire fighter. His brothers gave a final salute Wednesday. His casket was draped in an American flag and set on top of the Rhodestown fire truck. From there a seven mile procession took place, passing the Rhodestown fire department for a final goodbye before making the stop at Onslow Memorial Gardens where Brandon was laid to rest. His fellow firefighters say Brandon was one of the finest around. Brandon and his younger brother were following in their fathers footsteps. They're both Rhodestown firefighters and their father is currently a firefighter with the city of Jacksonville.
