Housing Authority Agreement Saves Apartment Complex
An apartment complex at risk for closing is now being managed by the Washington Housing Authority.

An apartment complex at risk for closing is now being managed by the Washington Housing Authority.
Clifton Meadows was purchased by Washington Housing Non-Profit Incorporated, a subsidiary of the Washington Housing Authority.
A USDA rural development subsidy was used to save the apartments from closing, which will give renters an equal opportunity living space.
