An apartment complex at risk for closing is now being managed by the Washington Housing Authority.
Clifton Meadows was purchased by Washington Housing Non-Profit Incorporated, a subsidiary of the Washington Housing Authority.
A USDA rural development subsidy was used to save the apartments from closing, which will give renters an equal opportunity living space.
