UPDATE: Fatal Winterville Accident
The Highway Patrol has released the name of a person hospitalized in the accident.

The Highway Patrol says one person died and another was hospitalized in a car crash in Winterville Tuesday evening. The wreck happened at the intersection of Frog Level Rd. and US 13.
Troopers say a person driving a car on Frog Level Rd. failed to yield to traffic on US 13 when trying to cross. The car collided with an SUV. Troopers say the driver who failed to yield died. Their name has not been released, pending notification of their family.
The driver of the SUV survived the accident. Troopers say Moses Barrett, Jr. of Farmville is hopsitalized, but he's expected to survive his injuries.
