Campaign To Prevent Teenage Traffic Accidents

State troopers are embarking on a campaign this week to reduce the number of teenage-related traffic accidents.

It's the second year the campaign has been held, and it got under way at 6 a-m. It continues through 5 p.m. Friday.

The campaign kickoff is being held at Wakefield High School in Raleigh, where six students have been killed in traffic accidents in less than one year.

The latest death occurred in January, and Easley is scheduled to appear this afternoon with the victim's mother.

Four teens and a adult are charged in connection with the wreck
which killed Sadiki Young.
