Ft. Bragg Soldier Faces More Charges

The military says a Fort Bragg soldier
already charged in North Carolina with breaking into apartments and
raping at least two women has been charged with assault and rape at
Fort Benning, Georgia.
Specialist Menkaura A. Moss also is charged at Fort Benning with
communicating a threat to kill a woman, committing forcible sodomy
and assault with the intent to commit rape while he attended
airborne school.
Post spokeswoman Elsie Jackson said that Moss had been
appointed a lawyer but other information wasn't available. Jackson
didn't know when the 21-year-old Moss would be returned to Spring
Lake to face charges there.
