Seems Quante didn't learn is lesson when he sentenced to 11 months 15 days for (Attempted) Possession with intent to Sell Schedule II drugs amassing 6 infractions while incarcerated, 1 for Unautorized Leave! On 9-15-09 He was place on Probation with a suspended sentence for 36 months, again for drug charges. Now he can add these current charges and maybe get an active sentence! Yes liberals rehabilation really is working-NOT!
