Silver Alert Cancelled For Pitt County Woman
The Pitt County Sheriff's Office says 54-year-old Brenda Letchworth has been found safe.

A statewide Silver Alert for a missing Pitt County woman has been cancelled.

The Pitt County Sheriff's Office says 54-year-old Brenda Letchworth has been found safe.

Lawmen are asking for your help in locating a missing woman who is the focus of a Silver Alert.

The search is on for 54-year-old Brenda Herring Letchworth. She was last seen at 765 Sweet Gum Grove Church Rd. in Stokes in Pitt County. The Silver Alert was issued just after 1 a.m. Wednesday.

Letchworth is believed to be operating a white 1999 Hyundai Accent with NC license plate WSR-9504.

Anyone with information about Brenda Herring Letchworth should call the Pitt County Sheriff's Office at 252-830-4141.

I just heard about what was going on. Who is this SGG? Thanks for the nice comments from Another Concerned Citizen. We do try to help anyone in need. There are very nice families on this road. I have no idea what SGG is talking about, but why use someone's crisis to play games. How hurtful all the way around.
