Four Raleigh High School Students Charged In Fatal Wreck

Four Raleigh high school students and an adult have been arrested in connection with a post-party wreck in January that killed a senior.

Authorities in Raleigh say Jordan Christopher Birden, Dylan Joseph Richard and Lisa Anne Conicelli are charged with aiding and abetting an underage person and with underage purchase of alcohol.

A fourth student, Dylan Neal Caldwell is charged with driving without an operator's license.

Police also charged Sharra Jes McNamara with knowingly permitting someone else to use her drivers license.

All five are in custody awaiting a hearing today before a magistrate.

Wakefield High School senior Sadiki Young was riding in a Ford Escort that went out of control on a residential street, struck a tree and rolled several times.

The driver, Christopher John Palmeri, is charged with involuntary manslaughter and driving while impaired.
