Walter Reed Problems Lead Inspectors To N.C.

Army officials will visit Womack Army Medical
Center at Fort Bragg as part of their study of outpatient care,
building conditions and the information provided to patients.
The Army said Tuesday it will visit eleven bases in seven states
following following revelations about problems at Walter Reed Army
Medical Center.
The teams of inspectors will include Army officers and civilian
employees of the Army's medical command. They will also study
medical administrative procedures.
The Army said Monday it would send inspectors to eleven
bases. Officials made available the list of facilities to be
visited Tuesday, though they provided no details on when the visits
would begin.
