Police say a mother and her boyfriend were selling marijuana out of a North Georgia home and used a baby's crib to hide their stash.
Authorities raided the home in Walker County Tuesday.
The sheriff says they found more than a pound of marijuana hidden under the mattress, and more drugs in a suitcase behind the baby's bed.
Officers arrested the mother and a suspected customer, but are still looking for her boyfriend, who allegedly ran from the scene.
A one-year-old and seven-year-old found inside the home are now in state custody.

Then, the gov't can regulate it AND make money instead of wasting it!

While it's a shame it wasn't over harmful drugs, the danger to the kids isn't what was being stashed, it was the fact that these people were consistently bringing shady characters around their kids. That's just stupid no matter how you look at it. All these young parents these days who put everything above their kids aren't fit to have kids in the first place. Maybe the kids will be adopted by responsible parents who actually want kids, not for the tax writeoff but for the responsibility and the rewards that come with it, in raising productive members of society.
