The Jacksonville woman convicted of throwing a cup of ice into a car that cut her off is expected to be released from a Virginia jail Thursday.
Jessica Hall has been in jail for more than a month. Wednesday she was sentenced to probation. She remained in jail on an outstanding warrant from Mississippi accusing her of writing bad checks. Authorities agreed to drop the charges, believing she may have been a victim of identity fraud.
