A Jacksonville woman charged with throwing a McDonald's cup of ice into a car that had cut her off on I-95 in Virginia faces two years in prison. A jury convicted 25-year-old Jessica Hall and recommended the minimum of two years in prison, after a judge instructed the jury that any physical object can be a missile and be propelled by any force. Hall has already spent two months behind bars. A judge will formally impose the sentence Wednesday.
