Probation Officers Back At Work
The probation department was the focus of an internal investigation after two probationers were charged with killing Eve Carson, the student body president at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

An administrative law judge has ordered that two North Carolina probation officials demoted last year regain their supervisory jobs with back pay.
The News & Observer of Raleigh reported Thursday that Cheryl Morris was a chief probation and parole officer in Durham County and Cindy Faison performed the same role in Wake County.
They were demoted last summer as probation officials dismantled the leadership in the two probation offices.
The probation department was the focus of an internal investigation after two probationers were charged with killing Eve Carson, the student body president at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
One suspect went more than a year without hearing from any probation officers.

That is no surprise. It was a black that killed a white woman. If it had been whites that killed a black woman, the probation officers would have been charged somehow. The probation officers neglected to do their job and it cost the life of a contributing member of society. While two non contributing members keep sucking up tax dollars. What is the justice system gonna do to make sure this never happens again?
Why were they given their jobs back with back pay? It's obvious thats as supervisors they werent doing their job.
