State Attorney General Roy Cooper is holding a news conference this morning to present a package of tougher laws against child predators.

Cooper will presenting lawmakers with a comprehensive package of changes to state law that he says will increase punishment, give law enforcement better ways to track down offenders and require those who discover pedophiles to turn them in.
