Mother Charged With Shooting Child
The Halifax County Sheriff's Office charged 37 year old Kisha Harper from Littleton with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.

A mother has been arrested and charged with shooting her three year old daughter.
The Halifax County Sheriff's Office charged 37 year old Kisha Harper from Littleton with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
Detectives did not say what the circumstances were surrounding the shooting.
Bond was set at five-thousand dollars.

I Hate Stupid People... have they shown her mugshot yet? Yea, on channel 11 news. and she is out walking around like she could really care less about what she HAS done to her own child. That poor little girl is paralyzed from the waist down. I feel so sad for this child who has a mother who is just worthless! She shows NO emotion what so ever about her actions and I can't believe a judge would only set bail for 5000. How ridiculous!
