It's all about supporting those who serve in the military. University Health Systems signed a statement of support Tuesday for its employees who are members of the National Guard and Reserves. Over the past four years, more than 30 employees with the organization have been deployed. The last thing one army reservist says they need to worry about is if they'll have a job when they return. The signing ceremony was sponsored in part by the N.C. Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, a Department of Defense agency that aids employers in understanding the uniformed services employment and reemployment rights act.
