Krispy Kreme Doughnuts filed its last overdue financial statement Monday for the third quarter of its fiscal year 2005.
The company is now up to date in its reporting obligations with the U-S Securities and Exchange Commission.
For the quarter ending October 31st, 2004, the Winston-Salem-based doughnut maker reported a loss of 142-point-5 (m) million dollars, or two-31 per share. That's compared with a profit of 14 (m) million dollars, or 22 cents per share, a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter was 174-point-4 (m) million dollars, up from 165 (m) million dollars a year earlier.
The numbers come as the company prepares for its annual shareholder meeting Wednesday.
