It looked like a scene out of a Hollywood movie. Special operations teams from as far away as New Jersey gathered at Fisher's Landing near the Neuse River in Craven County for fugitive manhunt school. Over 30 participants worked together to build their skills in tracking, maneuvering and communicating through a mapped course. Students in this school are spending the week honing their skills while faced with real life obstacles like smoke screens and armed suspects. The fugitive manhunt school is offered twice per year through Craven Community College.
