Consumer Reports magazine says there was a mistake in its reporting of test crashes that it said showed most infant car seats "failed disastrously."
It says that tests were done at speeds of over 70 miles-an-hour, not 38
miles-an-hour as it said earlier this month. So, it's withdrawing
