Dr. Martin Luther King Juniors' commitment to service continued on Monday at the Good Hope Church in the Winterville town of Pitt County.
Volunteers of all ages started out early Monday morning, revitalizing and stuffing care packages for a community senior citizen home in Greenville.
The event is part of TRAC, which stands for Tutoring, Resources, and Consulting Center, Martin Luther King Juniors' day of community service project.
Event Coordinator Annette Faison says this event is one way to teach kids about King's legacy.
The TRAC program also delivered care packages to a senior citizen home in Wilson this past weekend in honor of Dr. King's memory.
