Four people, including a teenager, are now charged in connection with the death of a Wilson county man that lawmen say is gang related. Paris Dublin, 27 years old, is charged with shooting and killing 22-year-old Salim Younes Tuesday night. Dublin is a convicted felon and is now locked up under no bond. Investigators say the victim was shot while planning an attack on two unidentified men. Three others, 20-year-old Donnie Moore, 18-year-old Melvin McNeil and 16-year-old Myron Harris all face conspiracy and other charges. Moore and Harris are locked up under 100,000 bonds. McNeil is under a 75,000 bond.
