Charges In Lacrosse Case At Forefront As Classes Resume At Duke

Duke University students return to class today to begin their Spring semester. It's not clear whether two former lacrosse players accused of sexual offense and kidnapping will join them.

Duke officials invited both Collin Finnerty and Reade Seligmann back to the campus after rape charges were dropped in the case. But Seligmann's attorney says neither has decided whether they'll return.

A third player charged in the scandal graduated in May a day before he was charged.

New lacrosse coach John Danowski says the remaining charges against the boys are still serious. But he also says the team's thoughts and prayers are with the accused players.
