Duke Lacrosse Players Invited Back To School

A defense attorney says Duke University has invited back two Lacrosse players accused of sexual assault as students in good standing.

Collin Finnerty and Reade Seligmann had been barred from attending classes during the fall semester while their case was in court.

Dave Evans, the third player charged in the case, graduated in May, one day before he was charged with raping a stripper at a team party.

Rape charges against all three players were dropped last month, after the accuser said she couldn't remember some of the details about the case.

The men are still charged with sexual assault and kidnapping.
