With only three days to go until Christmas Day, last minute shoppers descended on area malls Friday on the hunt for that perfect Christmas gift.
The Colonial Mall was buzzing with buyers, frantically rushing in and out of stores, scrambling to find gifts for their friends and family members.
Many of the shoppers we ran into said they blame their procrastination on simply just not having enough time in the day.
However, for retailers, now is the time when their cash registers are ringing and lines are out the door.
The National Retail Federation predicts shoppers will spend over $217 billion dollars between November and December.
