In October, Aaron Lundberg was run over by a garbage truck while taking the trash out near his home in Jamesville. The accident completely severed one of his arms, half of the other arm and left the 7th grader with multiple internal injuries, including severe liver damage. Since the accident Aaron's father tells us he is doing a lot better, but the road to recovery is long. The family is looking at prosthetics so Aaron can regain usage of one of his arms. The driver of the garbage truck was not charged in the incident. Highway patrol determined all of the truck's alert systems were working and the driver was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
