An Amber Alert that was issued for a four-year-old boy in North Carolina has been cancelled. The Sampson County Sheriff's Office issued the alert for 4-year-old Marlon Ramon Torres early Tuesday morning. They cancelled the alert at 8:30 a.m.
The alert said lawmen believe the little boy was abducted by Jose Ramon Torres. The child was taken from his home in Autryville.
