For two weeks, officers of the Jacksonville Police Department have received training in Robbery Suppression Techniques. The following is a prime example of the goal of the training. The officers were able to put the training to use and take several weapons off the streets and possibly solve numerous breaking and enterings.
At approximately 1050 P.M. on June 26th, an officer conducted a traffic stop for no tag light. While conducting the traffic stop it was discovered the passenger was wanted on an outstanding warrant from Onslow County Sheriff Department. Further investigation revealed the driver, Clay Stampley, had a concealed weapon in the vehicle. An arrest was made and the investigation continued. Further investigation revealed Mr. Stampley was in possession of a weapon of mass destruction. A consent search was conducted at an address on Marie St. At that location, several weapons were located including two sawed off shotguns. Also recovered were various stolen items. Several of the items were ones reported stolen in cases from the Onslow County Sheriff Department. The investigation is continuing at this time.

This is truly a sad story, the Criminal System just goes to any extent to trump up the most they can on their perps. Now I know the J-Ville PD is corrupt, I know that from personal experience when I was robbed and found my stuff in the Pawn & Gas and tried to get it back and had to call in Family to get any action at all (my cousin was Chief at the time). Whatever happened to this guy, did he get sent to Gitmo, a secret CIA camp or what?
oh..and ur cops are crooked..and the judges are corrupted...1 <3
Is Clay still in jail?
