A routine traffic stop has led to the arrest of two suspected drug dealers.
Martin County Sheriff's deputies stopped 36 year old Apolonio Torres and 22 year old Miguel Martinez on Highway 903 South of Robersonville around 11 Sunday morning and found cocaine in the car. Deputies then searched the men's home and found more cocaine and 1100 dollars in cash. Both men are charged with trafficking cocaine by possession and transportation and are in the Martin County Jail. The arrests were part of a joint effort between Martin County and Beaufort County's Sheriff's departments.
