There seem to be more questions tonight over just how a man pulled from the Tar River last week died. That's because police say a preliminary report from the autopsy performed on 25 year-old Robert Leggett shows no evidence that he drowned and police have not ruled out foul play. They say additional testing, to include toxicology, is underway. That could take as long as six weeks. Police say Leggett was last seen at a party at a friend’s house the evening of November 25.
